PRICES We will make every effort to maintain prices in this catalog. However prices may need to be changed due to circumstances beyond our control. SORRY – NO COD’S

PLEASE NOTE Order early to avoid delay. May experience unusual delay in shipping during our busy season. When placing order, please use catalog numbers.

GUARANTEE If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, return it UNUSED, UNALTERED OR UNABUSED within 30 days of receipt for full refund or exchange of merchandise.

RETURNS Please inspect your package upon receipt thoroughly. If there is damage please follow the instructions for damages listed below. If you wish to return something for exchange or credit within our 30-day return period, you will find in your shipment a return form. Please complete in its entirety and return with the item. Follow instructions. Returned items should be unused, unabused, and unaltered. Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please pack up any return carefully and send back via UPS or US Postal Service, insured mail. (Please note: You are responsible for the safe return on any merchandise and all shipping costs.) We cannot accept returns sent COD, and original shipping charges are not refundable. If you paid by check or money order we will issue a refund check. For credit card orders, a credit will appear on the next month’s statement.

DAMAGES Please open and inspect all items upon receipt. If you have a damaged item call us as soon as possible and advise. Do not throw away or destroy packaging. A claim will be filed and USPS or other shipper will need to inspect and evaluate damage. A replacement will be shipped right away.

OVERPAYMENTS All refunds will be made promptly. If your credit falls under $5.00, we will issue credit to your account for future use. For credits above $5.00, a check will be issued. Please cash all refund checks promptly. If you do not wish to have a credit on your account, please advise on your order form.

BACK ORDERS We will automatically ship any item that is backordered. You will be charged for the item and the extra shipping of that item when the order is filled. We will ship at the very earliest possible date. If you prefer not to have a backorder, please indicate. We will be happy to hold your entire order for the backorder, in order to save shipping charges.

TERMS Cash, Check, Money Order, Debit/Check Card, Mastercard, Visa, or Discover Card. We reserve the right to add any state or local taxes imposed on us and to limit quantities of merchandise sold to anyone. Any remaining balances at the end of each month are subject to a monthly interest charge of 1 1/2% and a $5.00 billing charge. PLEASE NOTE: All returned checks will be processed and electronically debited from your account. There will be a $40.00 service fee on all returned checks.

IN HOUSE RUSH CHARGES Our orders go out in the order in which they come in. Sometimes customers are in a hurry for their items during our busy season and we are happy to oblige. However, this places your order ahead of hundreds of other orders waiting to go out. It takes time for a person to sort through all the days’ business to locate a specific order and then follow it all the way through the warehouse to make sure it goes out the same day. For this reason, we charge an IN-HOUSE RUSH fee. The charge for an IN-HOUSE RUSH fee is $15.00. This applies to orders totaling $200.00 or less. Large orders make it physically impossible to ship the same day. We will make every effort to ship larger orders the next business day for the same fee. If it is not possible, your IN-HOUSE RUSH fee will be refunded. Every effort will be made to ship your order in a timely manner. If you desire an IN-HOUSE RUSH during our busy season, please tell the Sales Rep that answers the phone. Place these orders before 12:00 noon, EST.
